This policy applies once paid billing is live. Payments and invoices are handled by Paddle (Merchant of Record) as merchant of record; refunds are processed through them.
Cancellation
You can cancel any paid plan at any time from Account → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period; your plan then reverts to Free. Your existing reports remain accessible, but Pro/Team-only features (such as comparison, branding and active share links) stop when you are on Free.
Refunds & withdrawal
Monthly fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you are an EU/UK consumer you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal; where you ask us to start the service immediately and use it within that period, the right may be lost to the extent the service has been supplied. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Free trial
If a free trial is offered, its terms (length, that it converts to a paid plan, and how to cancel before being charged) will be disclosed clearly at sign-up. Contact: omergokhanatess@gmail.com.
