These Terms govern your use of SnapReport ("the Service"), operated by Omer Gokhan Ates ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
SnapReport is a drafting tool that uses artificial intelligence to help you produce property inspection reports from photos and notes you provide. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no warranty that AI-generated output is accurate, complete or fit for any particular purpose.
2. Not professional advice
Reports produced with the Service are a record and an opinion of property condition. They are not legal, surveying, valuation, structural or other professional advice, and they do not determine liability, "fair wear and tear", or any security-deposit deduction. You are the author and issuer of each final report; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying it and for any decision made using it.
3. Your content and licence
You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload and of the reports you generate. You grant us a limited licence to store, resize and transmit your content to our sub-processors (see the sub-processor list) solely to provide the Service.
4. Your responsibilities (data & lawful use)
You confirm that, for any personal data of third parties (e.g. tenants, occupants) contained in what you upload, you are the data controller, you have a lawful basis, and you have given any required notice to those individuals. You will not upload images of identifiable people, documents or special-category data without a lawful basis, and you will use the Service in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. You will not use the Service to make decisions about people based on protected characteristics. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of this section.
5. Shareable report links
You may enable a public link to a report. Anyone who has the link can view it, including any tenant name, address and photos it contains. You are responsible for who you share it with; you can disable or rotate the link at any time.
6. Billing (when enabled)
Paid plans (currently Pro and Team) are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Paddle (Merchant of Record), who acts as the merchant / seller of record, issues your invoice and handles applicable VAT/sales tax; their checkout terms also apply to the payment. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies, and we will give advance notice of any price change.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is capped at [[liability cap, e.g. the fees you paid in the prior 12 months]], and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your non-excludable statutory consumer rights).
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may close your account at any time from the Account page, which deletes your data.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and disputes are subject to its courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
10. Changes
